Steve was exceptional! From the beginning he was interested in knowing exactly what we were looking for, what kind of travelers we are, and what makes us happy. And he sure went above and beyond to help us have the best trip ever.

First, his hotel recommendations were on point. He definitely captured our style, and heard every single detail we had told him. For example, location was a big thing for us, and he only recommended hotels that were in the city center and steps away from major attractions. I told him we were looking for relaxation too, and for one specific city he recommended a hotel where the spa had just been renovated and offered unique experiences.

Second, he made sure every stay was special. He kept in contact with the hotel staff to make sure we had every information needed, that we made reservations before-hand and, upon arrival, we were always greeted with the most special welcome cards! We also made good use of the perks we got from booking with him, like hotel vouchers, treats, etc.

He also made excellent recommendations on what to do in different cities and how to get from point A to B. Thank you, Steve, for your dedication to your clients! You made this girls’ trip a memorable one!
