Booked honeymoon in Japan & Thailand
We needed help planning our honeymoon in Asia (a place we’ve never been) and Steve was the perfect man for the job!
In the planning phase, he made himself available, made us feel comfortable and excited for our trip not to mention providing us his extensive knowledge. He seeming has been all over the world and knew Japan and Thailand very well (down to the streets) and is very well connected with hotels and adventures that await. He made planning our trip while balancing our busy jobs and lives incredibly easy and stress free. 18 days in Asia between 5 cities is not an easy trip to plan, somehow he did it and made us feel like we were in the drivers seat all along.
Once on the trip, Steve was incredibly communicative through whatsapp, helping us with reservations, any issues or questions that came up, all while he was on his own trip! Talk about top notch service! We smiled and laughed at every chat and felt his presence with room upgrades, welcome cards, drinks and treats!
Without Steve, this trip wouldn’t have been planned nor the major success it turned out to be. Thank you Steve, and we will now be using him for every upcoming trip for us and our families. 10/10 recommend Steve!

Steve was exceptional! From the beginning he was interested in knowing exactly what we were looking for, what kind of travelers we are, and what makes us happy. And he sure went above and beyond to help us have the best trip ever.
First, his hotel recommendations were on point. He definitely captured our style, and heard every single detail we had told him. For example, location was a big thing for us, and he only recommended hotels that were in the city center and steps away from major attractions. I told him we were looking for relaxation too, and for one specific city he recommended a hotel where the spa had just been renovated and offered unique experiences.
Second, he made sure every stay was special. He kept in contact with the hotel staff to make sure we had every information needed, that we made reservations before-hand and, upon arrival, we were always greeted with the most special welcome cards! We also made good use of the perks we got from booking with him, like hotel vouchers, treats, etc.
He also made excellent recommendations on what to do in different cities and how to get from point A to B. Thank you, Steve, for your dedication to your clients! You made this girls’ trip a memorable one!

Steve is friendly and professional with very clear communication and very quick responses to my queries. He provided a quote with dates and options as well as an alternative suggestion of another hotel nearby with the amenities and pricing on offer. Despite the Accor system glitching, he ensured my booking was made, my Accor ALL number was listed and that I received both a confirmation email and the booking in my app for my records.
Steve asked for my preferences and made sure the hotel adhered to them where possible when following up with the hotel ahead of my arrival. On arrival he made sure I received early check-in, a double upgrade, F&B credit and more. He also checked in with me after arrival to make sure everything went smoothly and to ask how my stay was going.
Overall Steve clearly has a passion for what he does which means his recommendations are honest, helpful and with no obligation. After 2 bookings so far, I can say he is an excellent and attentive TA and I will be booking with him again in the near future!
